What’s Useful to Send

• Bug reports — something that doesn’t behave the way it should.
• Crash reports — the app closed unexpectedly. Tell us what you were doing right before it happened.
• Feature requests — anything you wish Phantom Chase could do.
• General feedback — what’s working, what isn’t, what you’d change.

Writing a Good Bug Report

The fastest way to get a bug fixed is to make it reproducible on our end. If you can, include:

• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• The steps that led up to it, in order — the form below has a dedicated field for this.
• Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
• Your in-game nickname, if it happened during a match — it helps us find the right game in our logs.
